LAW OF FOREIGNERS Law of foreigners is a material law subsection that arranges the rights and freedoms of foreigners who come to our country. Lots of foreigners have come to Turkey, because Turkey has become attactive in terms of invesments and living compared to many of the European countries in recent years. In order to prevent legal problems, the foreigners who come to our country with many purposes such as settlement, travelling, working and education, should know their rights and demand legal support from an attorney who is an expert in this subject if needed. Two fundamental rights of foreigners to obtain other rights are right of habitation and right to labor. These rights can be obtained after some necessary legal permissions.
