Requirements:
Private persons have to submit their identity cards or passports while issuing a deed of trust. Two photographs are required for divorce procuration. Specimen of signature and authorization certificate should be submitted in proxies given in the name of the companies. Natural and legal persons who are taxpayers should submit their tax id numbers. Turkish citizens abroad or foreigners can draw up deed of trust in Turkish Consulates.
