Commercial law is a sub branch of legal system comprising all regulations related to commerce. Organizes the business connection between individuals. Provisions are collected under the commercial law (in 2011, the law number 6102). Capital market law, Bank Cards and Credit Cards Law are also two of the commercial law. Concepts of commercial law described under the titles of trafficker, business organization, trade registry, trade name, unfair competition, commercial books, current account, business affairs brokerage, agency, mercantile partnerships. Mercantile partnerships are collective, commandite, anonymous, limited, cooperative associations. Law related to documents is collected under the title of valuable papers. Arrangement types are as “nominative” and “bearer”. Some of the valuable paper types are policy, bond, check, commodity bills and carrier’s receipt. Maritime trade law and insurance law (except social insurance) are other subjects of commercial law.
