Expropriation; is described as the process of confiscation of a privately owned real property for public welfare principle by government agencies and enterprises. Expropriation can be practised for a part of or the whole of the privately owned real property. When expropriation is in question; it is required for the government to pay the price of the real property to the relevant person.
