Insurance law is a special law subsection which is included in the scope of commercial law and analyzes the compensation (for a fee) of the jeopardy or the risk that damage the pecuniary benefits of the person, the contracts that make person or persons undertake a charge or other performances as a result of some changes in their lives and their life spans, and the rights and obligations arised from them.
